Sorry to throw you guys off with a Subject like that, but it's relevant.
I was an event co-ordinator for the John Kerry campaign in 2004, doing door-to-door fundraisers, get out the vote events, registration and such.
Do you think I should mention that when I apply to schools like Tuck, Yale which are highly conservative? And to some extent even MIT?
Should i just not mention it and omit information on an ExC on which I spent 5 months?
Any thoughts?

Tuck highly conservative? Uhh, unless your talking about the military members, I would say it's a pretty liberal school.
Anyways, I would certainly talk about it, but keep the politics out of it.

There are almost no Top 15 schools that would be considered "highly conservative". Like refurb mentioned, I would mention it but leave the political slant out... present it as more of a leadership thing rather than a political passion thing.
