Background: I'm about to enter an MS program at a T10/T15 school and would appreciate any feedback you guys have to give for my PhD prospects :)

Nationality:USA
Test Scores: GMAT, 710
Undergrad GPA: 3.6 at a T50 US state B-school
Graduate GPA: N/A at a T10/T15 US private B-school
Research Experience: RA in undergrad, working paper
Work Experience: Big 4 Internship
Concentration: Information Systems

Thanks for your feedback! I'm hoping to get into a M7 school, particularly MIT or Upenn, but other schools like Carnegie Melon and NYU also have my interest for their strength in information systems research. Do you mind if I ask which parts of my profile you think are my strengths, and which parts I should focus more on?

strengths:
1) Graduation: T10/T15 US private B-school
2) Research Experience: RA in undergrad, working paper
3) Work Experience: Big 4 Internship

Suggestions:
- Try to get an excellent GPA in your Graduation, Recommendations from faculty who are publishing in top journals in the area you want to do research, attend seminar courses, if possible, try to improve your working paper, Clarity & motivation in SOP, programming skills, 710 is good but for the top 7 try to go to 740 with a Q50+.

I think you have a strong profile for a PhD program. I was curious, and had to look, and saw you are pursuing the MQM at Fuqua. I am beginning the MSQM at Fuqua in September! Maybe I will see you on campus when I go for Orientation. ☺️
