Hi, Pranav Chaudhry! [@PranavChaudhry]
We love that you've accomplished so much by the age of 22, and we want to make sure you're making smart decisions about your future. But before we get into that, let's get to know you a bit better.
You've had an impressive amount of work experience by the time you turned 21—from managing multiple teams and events during undergrad, to co-founding and running a bistro during undergrad at the age of 19, to completing internships in apparel production units wherein you implemented efficiency improvement tools and digitized data storage systems. Those experiences show us that you can balance a lot on your plate, and they help to differentiate you.
Now let's talk about your goals. For starters, it seems like you’ve got two things you want out of your experience at business school: (1) global exposure and (2) management consulting.
If that’s the case, we think that INSEAD is definitely the best option for you. For one thing, it’s an international program with students hailing from all over the world—plus, from INSEAD, it’s easy to get to other parts of Europe and Asia while you’re studying there. If global exposure is what you’re after, INSEAD is a great place to get comfortable with interacting with different cultures and find opportunities to make friends around the globe.
It also seems like consulting is what you want to do when you graduate—and INSEAD has an amazing reputation as a feeder school for those kinds of jobs. LBS would be pretty good on international experience as well, but it may not be as strong on consulting placements as INSEAD. As far as ISB goes, while it may be decent for getting consulting roles in India, your chances of getting international exposure (outside the exchange programs during the PGP) will not be very high through the PGP.
Hope this helps. Feel free to come back with more queries as needed.
