In past years, most people have left after the GMAT. I think this is a first year where there has been an active group during the application season. Don't know if that will carry to next year, but I think it might.

Well, at least we've got our own "special forum", thanks to Praetorian. I wouldn't dare post anything there until I have a certified admit, though...

I've been talking to Praet about starting a "in b-school now" forum later this summer to begin to address all the b school stuff going on then. I dont know how much well need it, but aaudetat's post about excel is a prime example.

rhyme, that is a great idea! This site has been so useful both in studying for GMATS and in dealing with application process, why not stay with it (or the group of people on it). Then in a couple of decades we can all start exchaning tips on where to retire

Subtle...
Actually that was my point. The forum is available but it won't get going until people post there. I can't post anything coz I haven't been admitted anywhere yet. But I trust you'll get things moving on that forum, too, when the time is right.

Why not start now? I would not like to have to rush things, ya know.

My shortlist:

1) Bahamas... NO WAIT! rhyme WILL BE THERE! ....erm....Bermuda
2) Sardinia.
3) Villa la Angostura.

Only moderators have access to that forum for now. A suggestion was that we should make that forum available only after admits start coming in. Which makes sense.

Yeah, I'm constantly checking my e-mail, this forum and the BW forum because I am eagerly waiting for my remaining decisions. I know they're not supposed to come out until later but I just can't help it.
