Work Experience: Good; Experience with Financial Reporting and then Planning & Analysis demonstrates that you have a good command over financial controls, analysis of business metrics, modeling and presentation skills. While from a technical standpoint you tick mark on all the skills, you will need to showcase how you have demonstrated leadership skills and worked in teams. Ad coms might make an impression that you are a great solo contributor, but don’t have enough team-leading experience. So, it is imperative that you bring across your achievements from a team perspective and not focus on individual brilliance.
Certifications: Completion of 3 levels of CFA reinforces the fact that you have made a conscious and sustained effort to upskill yourself in the financial sector. It will be good if you can demonstrate how you have applied some of the learnings from CFA in your work.
EC: National Level participation in a non-mainstream sport adds color to your profile and is a testament to your passion for the sport and showcases that you have the competing and winning spirit.
Career Goals: While you have not mentioned your short-term career goals, I am hoping that they are in the financial sector itself (ex. financial consulting, PE, Fin Tech etc.) where you will be able to show alignment with your past and present skillsets.
Overall Summary: Being an ISB alum and someone who has guided 100+ applicants in the last 5 years get into ISB, I am certain that you can make the ad com look beyond your below-par score. With a well-crafted application where you are able to articulate your experiences and more importantly show how you would add value to the cohort while having a razor eye focus on your goals would, you should be confident of receiving an interview invite. From there on, it’s a matter of how you can present your case in person.

GMAT is on the lower side but there is a lot working for you otherwise.
Much depends on how well you portray your career goals and articulate your strengths through your essays. Details pertaining to the same are absent and it would be great if you could share the same.
