Bring natural energy and brain food.

Fruits, Whole Grains, Nuts. Don't forget water. But don't drink too much or ur gunna have to pee during the exam =(

Examples: Bananas, Nature valley honey and oats bars, sunflower seeds, etc.. u get the idea.

No no no...no Red Bull! That stuff is crap to begin with, but it will especially mess with you when you're already anxious for the test. It makes people jittery and hyper.

If you want to keep your energy up, eat healthy...an apple or banana, peanut butter and jelly sandwich or tuna sandwich, nuts... I just learned from a nutritionist that those Nature Valley bars can really spike and then drop your blood sugar, so I would recommend against those. The Quaker Oats granola bars don't seem to do that, though.
