A is 80% flour, B is 55% flours and mixture is 65% flour.

So using weighted average method:

A-------------(A+B mixture)-----------B
(80%)_____(65%)_____________(55%)
<----------------> <-------------------->
____15 units__________10 units_____

So B/A = 15/10 = 3/2

In percentages = 60%

Hence option C is the answer.

For explanation of method refer to Weighted Average and Mixture Problems on the GMAT.

Hope it helped.

Mix A - 80%
Mix B - 55%
Mix A+B - 65%

$$80*x+55*(1-x)=65\\ x=60%$$
