If you're invited to interview, do you get a status change email first from the application system, or do you get an email from CBS first?

Does anyone know how to start a re-application process? I can log in to the previous application but I can't start a new one.

Does anyone know the January 2011 application dates?

To milias,

You will get an email generated from the applicaton system saying that your application status has been changed. Then you log into your account, you are able to see "Invited to interview." There was no direct email or letter from CBS. Good luck!

Haven't heard anything from CBS, either. Application is still under review. I'm beginning to get a sense of how you guys must feel.

This was exactly one month for me (applied on 4/5). I dont know if its a good or bad sign that i didnt get an interview. Either the class was already full and I should apply next year or i wasnt the right type of canidate. I am going to call the adcom and try to get some answers (although i dont expect much from them).

Did they say anything other than the standard "it's not you, it's us" line in the letter? I've heard that sometimes CBS says something like they want you to apply for the J-term or even the EMBA program. I think someone posted earlier that they had a good source indicating that the class is pretty much full at this point.

It probably means you will be accepted or rejected within exactly 47 minutes. :roll:


I wouldn't worry about it. Doubt it means anything at all.
