How's the Welcome Weekend, guys?

Hi All, This is my 1st post. Congrats to all admitted students. I am a 3rd round applicant with the following profile: IIM GMAT = 720 GPA = 3.2 5 yrs of work-ex I applied to R3 to Tepper. Still have not heard from them for an interview or anything. Given that teh final decision deadline is April 29th, do you guys think I still have a chance? Thanks!

Hi devcMBA, welcome to GmatClub. On april 8 I chatted with adcoms and asked them about the last date for interview. Here's what James replied: "Our review process is continual throughout a round. As such, we extend interview invitations right up to the decision reply deadline." So keep faith! Good luck to both of us!

I just got back from welcome weekend. From the amount of attendees I think the yield must be better than they had expected. Was a great time.

Thats reaching....the yield numer has to with students who actually go, plenty of the people there wont go, hence no bearing on the yield.

I don't know about that. The vast majority had already paid their deposit. Also, I think they had a much larger turnout than they expected - every event was at or over capacity. That to me says higher yield (at least to the WW) than previous years.
