Hi just a quick (might stupid) question for you guys, I read a lot on the forums that INSEAD Alumni interviews are rather casual/chat alike. For those who'll meet the interviewer in person what dress code will you choose? Suit & Tie - too much? Casual - too relax? Business Casual - I don't even have such attire ..
I have scheduled my interviews on 17th & 22nd of this month, one in a café (with an 2017 alumni) another in the office of an 2004 alumni (guess for older folks I'd better suit & tie up / plus it's in his office - board member of a financial service co).

Back on my F2F interview, my interviewer ask me to meet at a co-working office. So I dress smart casual with a suit in my bag as a back-up🤣. My interviewer show up in short and t-shirt so my suit is remain in the bag.You might do the same for the cafe interview lol.
