They said that invites are not the indication of selecting...its not even a mandatory step for evaluation...
"Select applicants may be invited to conduct a short 15 minute virtual interview on November 18 or 19. Given the short duration of our review process an invitation may be sent with just 24 hours notice. The interview is neither a positive nor negative indication of the status of your application, but simply an additional component of our review process this year. No prior preparation is required"
