I am an international applicant... I did not receive a call today, and I guess that since in my country it is 1 am now, I will not longer receive it... Do you know if they call first international applicants? have all the international applicants been already called?

How does it even work? for an international applicant there could be a case that most of the working hours of adcoms coincide with the night hours of the applicant. do they call him in the odd night hours...or work out of the working hours to give him a call at comfortable hours?

They call in reasonable hours per your time zone.

When did it change for you? I do not understand why they send emails telling that decisions will be released on the posted date for the round in which you applied and later decisions are released on a random basis... I hate this process...

Understandably since they have multiple people to call and adcomm does call everyone. Although they have missed one/two by accident. For the rest, you will receive an email on the decision that your status is available online around in the afternoon.

I am international... It is 18:30 in my country now. They only have 2 hours to call me. I think I will not get admitted...
