I have around 14 year of Tech and consulting experience and mostly in US. I have GMAT score of 750 and CFA L2 cleared apart from BTECH. Currently working in amazon and mostly I have worked in Data engineering and Machine learning. I would like to move towards product management and leadership role.

Can you advice me about which Executive MBA will be good for Tech Career growth?

If for your case, I think MIT Sloan MBA Program would be better.
As far as I know, the MIT’s Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) Dual Degree Program can award MBA and Engineering Master Program at the same time.
If for Business Case, Booth EMBA is ranked number 1 in US (According to US News)
So depending on your paths and preference.
