I had a feedback session last year. It was very helpful. Basically, they gave me a chance to talk about why I thought I was waitlisted, I was honest about what I thought had gone well and what had gone poorly, and it wound up lining up pretty well with what they thought. So then they gave me a chance to address the points and by the end I had the chance to clear up the final hang ups with my application. I got the accepted call a couple days later, so it was a nice outcome. Let me know if I can answer anything more about it.

Hi Paul,
I remember meeting you during my visit to Johnson. Thank you for answering our questions. Did you talk anything other than what you had written in your feedback essay? I am not sure what the procedure was for the last year, but this year each of us was asked to submit an essay depicting the reasons you think you got w/l.
