Had my interview today over the phone. Probably could have gone better, it is always hard to tell over the phone.
Why MBA?
Why now?
why Cornell?
Where else did you apply and why?
What's plan b if your business fails?
Why not just keep running your business? There are plenty of successful entrepreneurs without MBAs.
Some questions about my motivation and background.
Why would you be a good Park fellow? (this one threw me a bit, but I think I did alright.)
What are the qualities of a good entrepreneur?
Any questions for me?
When I first called in, no one picked up, so I left a message. Then I called back a few minutes later and was answered right away. By then it was a few minutes past my interview time but I felt odd trying to explain that I had just called and no one picked up, so I just hoped my interviewer didn't think I was late. The interviewer mentioned that they may release round 2 decisions early but it wasn't likely.
Good luck to all with interviews coming up!
