From what I understand, they haven’t admitted anyone from the waitlist yet so maybe they will roll out decisions for the waitlisted students next week

Mine is under review too. The website says initial notification for round 3 applicants will be out on May 12th. You'll receive a mail saying you're invited to interview or waitlisted or rejected. I know the wait is hard, but I guess we'll all have to wait till May 12th to get an update.

I notice that the switch from under review to initial notification takes an average of 2 weeks with a few week being notified before this timeline

I also noticed a few candidates saying they got a mail calling them for interview when their application portal still read "under review". So I guess there's no need to panic. We just have to wait.
