A bunch of the people on the facebook events page are FY students. I want to meet them, but I am more interested in meeting up with people who might be my potential classmates. I havent ruled it out yet, but i am still debating whether i should go now or later.

I never received any updates from AdCom since I received "application submitted" email. I never checked application status so I am not sure whether the status went to complete at some point or not.

Yeah I totally hear your point. I guess attending the event in April might be best if you want to meet your fellow students. I live in NY so I'm considering driving down again in April if the turn out isn't too great for February. However, I want to get a headstart on securing housing and want to beat the April rush.
