So is the consensus that if we haven't heard anything from nyu by now it's more than likely a ding?

Me toooo! I was there as well. Ranked them #1. No email and nothing has changed in my status except.. "we have interviewed you and your application is in the final stages of review..."

Maybe we'll hear later today!

Need OFFICIAL word from Tuck (consortium interview @ Tuck) - NYU (no interview) - Michigan (no interview). Then I can get on with my life and buy a sweater of the place I'll be attending lol

It takes no effort to send out an acceptance or a rejection. I wonder why they dont just do them all at the same time. Its a Cruel cruel word lol Ugh. now all we can do is hold onto hope .

Hey guys I called Darden and Tuck because I didn't have any log-in information. Darden told me the committee still has my application and gave me a username/pw when I called and Tuck said they will send out log-in info to everyone next week. Sounds like they're still figuring things out in both camps. Hope this helps for the folks still waiting.

Do any of the NYU applicants who didn't get an acceptance today feel like its possible to still get a fellowship at stern w/o todays acceptance email. Im beyond bummed.

Ah... Good tactic.  I draw a stick figure of myself at graduation holding a Degree from my program du jour. Then i burn the picture with various chicken feathers, goat's blood, assorted rocks, and one school-spirited candle.  Glad I'm not the only one with a weird coping mechanism for the uncertainty of this process! ;-)

I still haven't gotten an interview. I think at this point it is possible to get an interview and admit but no consortium fellowship. You'll just get lumped in with regular R2 and get considered for general fellowships or Forte (women).
