Did anyone else get the Tuck email this morning?

Yes,I'm a round 2 applicant, but touched on this subject a bit earlier in this thread...I think it comes down to yield really...some schools are very concerned with this number as it is a criteria in national rankings, it makes sense that if they see a super strong applicant, someone with a killer gmat, gpa, and work experience that would definitely get into schools 1-4 on their list, and that school has been ranked 5 or 6, the odds are even if admitted that student would not come..It is a little annoying that the schools see the rankings ahead of time, and that fact is not made 100% clear. I still think it may be good advice to apply to 4 schools tops through consortium, and apply to 5 and 6 independently.
I hate checking my e-mail and GMATclub every half hour, but the temptation is definitely too strong to resist. It calls to me at my desk, and I respond by clicking on the e with the golden swirl.
