Any idea how competitive USC's third round is? Is it worth applying?

I applied last year in the third round and it was a bit tricky because I dont think there were many spots left in the class. I think it's worth applying if you feel that you have a strong application/gmat score and can speak well to why you want to go to marshall specifically. Unfortunately it didnt work out for me last year, so I reapplied in Rd 1 this year and just got in a few days ago.

Got the admittance package today, but there was no mention of $$. Does anyone know if the fellowship/scholarship info. comes with the admittance package or a little later? Should I assume the worst case? It is odd that the adcom. member who called me with the good news sounded like that they were yet to make decisions on fellowships while someone here has already reported receiving $$. Anyone?..

Well actually let me correct myself: if you applied through the Consortium (cgsm.org) which interviews you, you can be admitted without a USC interview because they will use that interview.
