Yes. It shows both recommendations, official GMAT score, and unofficial transcript as "received".

Yes. It shows both recommendations, official GMAT score, and unofficial transcript as "received".

Thanks CAK. Mine still shows test scores as pending, so I guess I can only expect something after that changes to received.

after you get an interview does it all depend on the interviewer?

when you submit the application, the committee reviews it and decides that it is good enough and invites you to the interview. But then how do they eliminate the 40-50% of the interviewed candidates?

and does it hurt to have the interview with an alumni (for international students) in my hometown?

if you call up the adcom for clarifying some doubts with the application and then they say see you soon, does it mean that you have a chance to get an interview invite??

maybe r1 apps were low? there are about 60 people on the 2013 admitted facebook group. I have no idea how many admits there were, but general yield is in the ~54%... maybe fb has gone way out of vogue. no idea but best of luck to all. there are about 20 folks displaying profiles on the admitted students site as well. seems low. with an overall class target around 200+/-........ I've always heard R3 was a crapshoot regardless of school. idk.

I am talking about R2.. Few (could be most of them) of the applicants invited for interview submitted app on 6th Jan.. And R2 is supposed to be the biggest round for most schools... so this is pretty shocking.. Was it the same for R1??? I wonder how much invites they have sent out already..
