Here's my analysis on Yale. People who have reported admits have interviewed before November 20. Haven't heard anyone interviewed in December getting an admit yet
And team reapplicants are getting the short list also. There was someone in the Stanford thread that got admitted without a call. Maybe that will happen with Yale too! Wishful, delusional thinking has really overtaken me...

I interviewed after November 20, but I was invited to interview much earlier in mid-October. The interview is only a component, so it should not be holding up the decision I don't think.
