Your life story cannot drastically change in one year. But it is very important to evaluate what changes/corrections are necessary in your last SOP; a strong SOP can really boost your chances of admission.

I see the above message in the recommender section of the application. Does it mean that the recommender has to fill a physical form and upload it?
