Score just complements your profile. There is no lower bound. May be more weighted for for a generic profile or say 670 for a stand-out profile.

We have helped applicants even with scores of 620-640 to get into the top 3 IIMs.

However, good to aim for 680-700 score range for a better chance

Your life story cannot drastically change in one year. But it is very important to evaluate what changes/corrections are necessary in your last SOP; a strong SOP can really boost your chances of admission.
