Hi, are we required to carry the work experience certificates along with Relieving letters, pay slips, offer letters, form-16 in printout form for the interview day ?

No, first and last pay slip will do.

Although if you have multiple jobs history, then they may ask about experience certificates.

Most of the people present today were there in IIMC interview as well. Majority of them expressed that IIMB interview was more conversational.

My personal opinion they were asking mostly about workex, last 10 mins went on hobbies
