Hi, it’s been a month since i started my prep for GMAT FE.
Here’s a summary of my profile:
10th/12th/BBA: (92/95/71)
Worked at PwC for 51⁄2 months (campus placement), and currently employed at a private broking firm.
Have 3 months of overseas experience in a project while I was at PwC.
No gap in career till now.
What could be the target B schools for me, preferably in Europe?
What GMAT FE score should I aim at?
Also, ISB Hyd is my target B school in India, so what should be the target score for that?

Thankyou;)
For ISB, aim for 20-30 points above the average/median; for EU schools, a lot depends on what post-MBA career you wish to take, whether you have EU language skills, and what your total work experience is. I don’t know how to interpret your quote "51/2 months." If it is 5.5 months, then you are too young for MBA programs at EU schools.

Hey there, I am looking for a profile evaluation.
10th – 10 CGPA
12th – 83.2% (Non-medical stream; scored 100 in IP)
Bachelor’s in Fashion Design from a Tier-1 Design College – 7.7 CGPA
Previously dropped out of an engineering college (educational gap). Also completed a diploma in Interior Design and a few relevant certification courses.
Work experience (2+ yrs total) includes: Initially, I spent 9 months at a well-reputed fashion brand, where I successfully completed an entire collections, leading and overseeing the entire design and production processes till the end. Cliental include several Celebrities.
– 3 months at another popular brand (let go due to internal reasons beyond performance)
– 4 months at a third well-known brand, where I again contributed to a completed collection. Cliental include a Princess of Bahrain. Eventually left due to various reasons.
– Currently working in the family business for the past 8 months
The transitions between jobs were due to a mix of internal restructuring, misalignment with roles, and a search for the right creative and professional fit.
I’m yet to take the GMAT and currently preparing, aiming to score well. I understand a good score can really add value.
I understand my career path has included gaps and transitions. I believe each phase has contributed to my clarity and personal growth, and I do realize that a right narrative will really matter.

My suggestion is to try in R1. Focus on the following 1) Show a strong well rounded work experience. PSU jobs allow you to work on very large projects and also usually have stints across India. leverage all that in the resume. Make the goals compelling by highlighting your insight about the Energy Domain and how dynamically things are shifting. Maybe highlight the government initiatives that you have worked on or seen through yoru experience. 2) research Why ISB very clearly. The Energy Club and the General Management Club both will be important to connect with during yoru research. 3) Outside of work profile.

Honestly career switches and academic apps are not really a showstopper. So, please don’t worry about them right now; this might come up in the interview and a good narrative in the interview will help you defend these gaps and switches .

Right now, your focus should be on the GMAT; See if you can get a 675 or above.

Hi experts, I have consulting background and now working with an Indian Airlines. Non engineer female. 5 years of work experience currently. For isb it’ll be 6 years till March. Will I get diversity points due to recent work experience in aviation?

If anyone will guide you based strictly on that it may not help. Did you go through my verbal guide I had shared in the GMAT chat?

If you want you can check out on my profile. It’s the highest kudos post
