Quick question: My firm reports the bonus as a lower % of fixed salary on the official compensation letter, but the actual payout is higher (and reflected correctly in my bonus slip). For compensation details in the application, is it acceptable to use last year’s bonus slip as proof, or should I stick to what’s mentioned in the offer/HR letter?
