Please add me to the roll call. Applied in round 2, interviewed off-campus late January, no news yet.
I too was asked if I wanted to address any weaknesses in my application. My interviewer said that most people discussed low GMAT or GPA but since both were high I probably did not have much to say. I discussed my international vacationing experiences in an attempt to compensate for my lack of work-related international experience. I really could not think of any glaring weaknesses.
Should I have addressed either of these?...
1.) So many applicants are from Ivy-calibre schools. If my undergraduate institution were ranked against the U.S. News National universities, it would almost certainly not be in the top 50.
2.) I've been an engineer my entire career (5+ yrs) and have less exposure to "business" than a majority of applicants.
