The R3 decision date is Apr 16. However, I received nothing from the Email and Protal. Anyone knows what is going on?

For me the details were updated in Applicant portal on 16th April

However I received the admit mail on 17th April

Got interview invitation on 19th Feb
Was interviewed on 10th March
Received admit on 17th April

Back in May 21st, I received an acceptance email from the Executive Director of the Fully Employed MBA Program at UCI with an award of a scholarship for my strong applications. I was told that I will be receiving an email from the graduate school to submit my letter of intent and deposit.

However, it has been 3 months and I have not received anything. I called in to check many times and I was told that I was still pending for approval until this day. I was finally told today that if it does not get processed by September 1st, I will most likely be rescinded.

Is this allowed? Anyone else have this issue or had this issue before? The program directors have tried to escalate it to the graduate school but it is still not processed. Is there anything I can do?
