Done. Submitted it last night.
Thankfully, I had bugged my recommenders way in advance to get their recos in (set them up with an internal deadline, so that they worked towards that and not the MIT Sloan date). So my recos were in about 20 days ago!
This was my last app. Hopefully, wouldn't have to redo any of this again... like ever!

I realized that internal deadlines are a must, even for very disciplined people. Give even months, recommenders fill in only on the last day.

They admit you before reviewing for E&I...so you can get in but not get into E&I. However, some students I talked to said they are very into the E&I and actually ask people after they are accepted to apply for it. Something tells me if you get in them you will basically be a shoe in for E&I. They want 50 people for the program this year but it doesnt hurt or help your chances according to the adcoms.
