The R1 application just opened last week! I'm planning to take the GMAT in October and am going to slowly work on the rest of my app until then. I did notice that this year they made the official GMAT score submission optional, whereas last year it was a hard requirement to apply. Anyone else planning to take the GMAT by October or to submit in R1?

Thanks for the response that is encouraging! I saw everyone else commenting that they had heard back. I applied round two as well. Fingers crossed. In the meantime have been studying for gmat.

I'm also studying but did apply with an official score. If I don't get admitted, it just means there are things about my profile I need to improve to make me a stronger candidate for a top MBA program. Either decision I will be fine with. Have to trust the process!!

Looks like that’s what it could be. I have not received acceptance yet but mine says the same thing but date Feb 7. I definitely didn’t edit anything from my application since January so you just be right it’s admissions team.

If you haven't heard anything yet, check the application portal. I haven't officially seen anything via email yet but my application changed from just "'submitted" and I now have four new tasks, with the first one congratulating me on my spot in the class so I'm assuming I'm in.

Everyone check your portal! Official emails haven’t been sent out but my portal says last edited this morning at 9:30 AM. I believe I’m accepted! I have new tasks to enroll.

I wish everyone else who is waiting for a decision all the best ! & if you don’t get in don’t let that derail you from your MBA journey. I was down these past few weeks because I submitted my app December ending and those who submitted in January had heard back already but I made a decision that if I don’t get in, I know my application is lacking in my GRE score and I will work on that and still aim to get my application in for Round 1 or 2. Don’t be discouraged!

I can’t wait to meet the mlt mba prep 2024 cohort !! Good luck to everyone in your future endeavors !!!

Update : I just received the congratulations email at 1:34 while writing this.
