Hi,

I have applied for fall-19 MBA. I have applied using GRE score.

GRE: 312
IELTS: 7.5
Total WE: 2 years as a software developer at DXC Technology (Formerly CSC an American IT firm)
CGPA: 7.31/10 or 3.1/4.0

What are my chances of getting in?

Also, I'm yet to take the KIRA interview. Can anybody tell me what kind of questions to expect?

You should be through JMSB.
Kira is standard questionnaire tool. There will be some general question and you will have to answer those within timeframe. If you are having concerns, you can practice as well in Kira before taking actual session.
