looks like you and i are the last two (odd men) out in this forum.... :(

the sad thing for me is my firm approved full sponsorship for me if I get into Ross....(and only if I get into Ross or two other schools)

Hi guys, I thought I posted the news but I can't find my post anymore.

Anyhow, I am in as well. F/28/ from Italy/ Entrepreneur. Got invited to the super saturday but couldn't attend it. Interviewed by Skype.

I got a email yesterday and today I got a call for a scholarship.

Good luck to all those who are still waiting!! Hang in there guys!

Oddly I was wondering that myself. All the other chatty ppl on the forum got calls. I guess there is always tomorrow and then WL/Ding.

Yeah I really hope Ross considers revising their process next year and just lets everyone know first via email and then follows up later with a call to admits on one day.

The current process is just murder....I couldn't focus on anything else the last 2 days....

I'm still waiting with you guys. This thread is just killing me.

I applied to 3 schools in October and only have a single ding to show for it 2 and a half months later.

ha - ahead of you on that. I just suggested it to the Ross ad-com today. My proposals:
1. Call all admits on one day and update the system at a specific time the next day (the Chicago model) (OR)
2. Update system at a specific time, and call whoever you can the next day (the idea suggested on this forum)

I think number one just forces the committee to enlist others (students) who may be unable to answer certain questions to make calls. Number two allows the waiting game to end (Harvard does this part), but also allows Ross to give that personal touch at a somewhat more leisurely pace. That's my two cents. It's frustrating that the decisions are made, but they sit on them while people have to stress and maybe even put down deposits at other schools in the interim.

Here's the script: "Hi, I'm __ calling from Ross. I'd like to personally congratulate you on your acceptance to Ross and was wondering if you have any questions for me."
