I think the link is not necessarily a sign of something. Maybe the guys are uploading information manually and while for some prospective the link is already available, for others it's not yet. I know it's hard, but let's try to do not get crazy trying to find reasons in a so complex process.

I am an international candidate here, no glitch & no link in 2012 tab. Sadly but true

dont want to add any confusion but i have the link.....for 2012; fyi, last year i had received an admit as well (but could not take it up for personal reasons).....so i also have the 2011 link also appearing below....of course please dont extrapolate.
