Can you tell us the error message you are getting while uploading Spike factor photos, if any ?

It redirects me to a page that says ’Invalid’ when I try to preview my photos. I am not getting any option to re-upload either!

Spoken part - 1) What is favourite cuty and why ? 2) One good habit and one bad habit

Written part - Write the about me section of LinkedIn considering you have graduated from rotman business school

I did not prepare about them specifically, just looked up some previous questions. For the written part , if you regularly write emails then you will know the kind of language they are expecting

You’ll get to do two practice questions, those are quite helpful

For the written component, there is a practice question but it is untimed so its better to practice with a time limit yourself before starting the actual practice question

Is it a mandate/preferred practice to write only 3 stories/anecdotes in the spike factor essay?

This is completely upto you. Applicants may use one, two or three anecdotes to illustrate their spike factor. Nothing is hard n fast. If your one anecdote is lengthy and rich enough to strongly illustrate the spike factor of your choice then one is enough. It’s completely your choice. Depends on your story. People usually use more than one.
