Has anyone applied yet? Just got an interview today, wondering there is any information I can get about this school's interview`~
I know this is too late but I collected the following
interview debriefs from earlier threads. Hope they will help to folks who are applying in next rounds. .

I submitted my application here October 26th, received an interview invite on October 28th, had my in person interview November 8th with Sherry Hu. The interview was very standard with the usual questions and very conversational (Walk through resume, why mba/now/here, strengths, hobbies, volunteering, ethical dilemma, role model, etc.). She was able to share some wonderful answers to the questions that I posed at the end and gave me a great feel about the program. I took a tour of the Rady campus 2 weeks prior to applying which was extremely helpful and showed me a lot about the program which helped me in my decision to apply. Best of luck to everyone else, Rady seems like a great place for anyone with a mindset for innovation!

I did my interview with Sherry Hu. She is definitely good to talk to. My interview lasted for 77 minutes and after 30 minutes it looked like I am talking to my friend telling her about what I have so far done in my life and what I plan to do. She did asked some behavioral questions but I was good. Because of the fact that I was comfortable, I responded well to the questions and I am expecting a convert.

I had an interview with Sherry today. She was very friendly, and it was very conversational. It lasted an hour. Questions included the typical take me through your resume, why MBA, why now, why Rady, what do you plan on doing after graduating, strengths and weaknesses, an ethical dilemma you faced at work, most impactful project at work, professional accomplishment you're proud, what do you know about San Diego, tell me about your volunteering experiences, are you part of any professional organization, do you read any business publications. I am personally very keen on Rady, and would really appreciate inputs and insight from current students or applicants. Thanks.
