Yep. Went to the admitted students weekend at Duke a few weeks ago, also headed to the admitted students weekend at UNC starting tomorrow. US News just came out with the latest rankings of the schools and it was interesting to see the job placement rate.
UNC - employed at graduation: 54%. Three months later: 69%
Duke - employed at graduation: 69%. Three months later: 76%
I put out a poll on this a few weeks ago (just search for UNC vs Duke) and 85%+ said Duke. UNC does have some great programs though (I think their RE program tops Duke, which doesn't have that great of a focus on it), while Duke's Finance and Healthcare focus top UNCs (though UNC does have two student-managed funds, with $1m+ focusing on both public and private equity - Duke's SMF has appx. $150k).
Both great schools.
