I have submitted my application on 26th December and have send an email having my all documents except LOR.I would also be sending hard copies of transcript, degree and LOR by 20th Jan.However I have not received interview invite till now.Is it because of hard copies or some other reason I have not received interview invite.

Congrats.have you submitted hard copies of documents before receiving the interview call.Also when you submitted your online application and hard copies.i have submitted online application but not hard copies.havent received interview invite.

Charu - Please prepare for it as if you are giving a job Interview. Behavioural questions. They will not grill you but test your confidence.
Past posts have mentioned the questions. Know what is the current state of the economy.
If u fumble anywhere- how you get up and take care of the situation is important.

Sidagar88 - Please send the docs. Don't leave anything open.

There is no prejudice as to how many people interview you. I had a F2F with Sachin and Tom. Some of you might have Skype. I received admit after 4 weeks.
You can drop an email to bon asking about tentative decision date.
