There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
I submitted mine the morning of the 9th and complete the 20th
so regardless of what the adcom says, it does seem the later invites go out to people who applied later and complete later. I applied 8th and complete 16th, hopefully I have slow readers:)

Also applied on the 8th and completed a few days later.... so I hope we have the same readers
Since invites got sent out early today, I would imagine the last e-mail blast will go out tomorrow morning, so adcom has a full day/night to wrap up reading all the apps, with dings coming shortly thereafter.

I predict we get at least 2 or 3 more

I hope so, but at this point I've pretty much given up 99.999% of hope and I'm banking on hopefully getting into Chicago.
I have a little hope left, but it's fading. Oh well, I just booked my interview at HBS so take that Wharton!

cpgmba, that's the right attitude! I got an invite from Wharton and Chicago and none from HBS. I am taking the high road and thinking that they did not deserve me Or may be that I am a Senior Citizen for them (29 at mat) Anyway, I am experiencing the same thing as you are , just swap the schools.
This is my first post, but I have been following this forum since I applied to Wharton. I just received my interview invite at 4:35 PM EST today.
I applied at 1:30 pm on the deadline date and went complete sometime after the 23rd and before the 28th.
There is definitely a direct relationship between "amount of time between submission and application deadline" and "amount of time time between interview notification and DDay."

Glad that we are sharing the same experience I just regret the time wasted on my HBS application. There is still some hope but very little... Let's see.
