I am going to do this in pieces and then merge as I only have 5 minutes. First of all, the admissions staff is the most cordial and thoughtful group I have encountered. They did everything in their power to ensure that students felt welcomed and at home while in New Haven. The WHOLE ADMISSIONS staff was exceptional. It was also said a lot that SOM is not a business but rather a management school that trains leaders across all industries and for any situation. They want leaders and not just business professionals who come from very diverse backgrounds. Diversity to them is not just ethnic, but is all-encompassing. They want students from various industries and different parts of the US and the world along with ethnic diversity.
New Haven was great. Whoever said New Haven was bad has not been in the last three or four years.
That was my teaser. ':-D' I will post the rest tomorrow night in great detail.
