­Hello everyone, the Yale SOM for this cycle has opened. I've updated the deadline for three rounds, essay questions (Yale keeps the same questions as last year), and more importantly, the latest employment report for the class of '23. Overall, while the median salary and bonus saw an increase across the majority of sectors, the number of offers at the 3-month mock post-graduation witnessed a slight decrease.
Also, don't forget that Yale also requires 30-minute video questions and a behavioral assessment to complete your application.
Let's hope that this cycle goes swimmingly for all of us and don't forget to post your queries in this forum if you have any questions. The chances are, if you have those questions, others probably have them too.

Unlikely but you can try. It does not hurt at all and shows you from a more impressive position if it is a good program 💪

Decisions are generally released as per the set timeline. However, you can reach out to the adcom to explain your situation, they may offer some guidance, though an early decision release remains unlikely. Wish you all the best tweesha
