For me money matters (scholarship is one imp factor) and well if your goals are in line (that is scm career opportunities after carey mba) with the schools course and pedagogy...o don't think it should have any effect on selection.
But well...this is all a black box mystery....

yes but 770 is too much for a 30-31 ranked program.. you need to really convince them that you want to go there..But well...this is all a black box mystery....

Rest, even if you are able to convert a T15 based on your profile, you might get significant scholarship there as well.. bottom line : wherever you’re getting in, chances are that you will get in with significant $$$
