Strange, that is the exact same amount as me. God knows how they actually make their decisions then... Maybe it is based on how international that experience was. Don't give up though I remember people saying they got a similar letter in the past and did get in at a later date!
Got accepted to Singapur! I reapplied on R3. i got 640 in my gmat so i consider this as a great achievement!! i have an open question because i have to take a decision: I moving to Real Estate business so i decided to get a master degree either in INSEAD or in nyu Real Estate master. I got acepted at nyu and im coursing summer school first semester. Moving to insead will make such a great difference? Thanks for any recommendation!
waitlisted... hummm..thats really another painful waiting.. just question guys: is it logical that R3 waitlisted tend to be closer to reject than accept? because of the time limitation here.. they say they will review the waitlist on a monthly basis.. does that mean the next review will be in July? if so, is just one month ahead of class start enough to finalize the paper works? ...congrats for all admits..

Sorry to hear that. Just so you know the deadline for R3 deposit payment is 29th June so I guess shortly after that there will be movement - check out the waitlisted thread but I think main movements are always after thesedeposit deadlines. I guess more people on average accept R3 invitations than in R2 & R1 but there are certainly a few people who get in in June/July from the waitlist. However if you don't hear shortly after 29th June I'd start making other plans as there were some poor guys still discussing their waitlist status on previous threads right up till a day or two before the start when they heard the waitlist is closed. Best of luck whatever happens - maybe try and get in early in R1 for a Jan 2013 start? Talk to them and see if you can do that.

We don't have that info yet - though the second "deposit" is not really a deposit but actually a large chunk of the fees - to be honest although maybe there might be somebody in R1 who would be willing to loose their EUR 6k deposit if they got into HBS in R2 and that was their dream school for example, I really can't see anybody pulling out post having put down a deposit this late in the game as for September 2012 start all the schools have given their answers.
I was recently admitted to Sep 2012 intake from the waitlist, and I just received my MBAconnect details. When I log into the scholarships website, I see that statuses say: "decision taken - communicated via email" , yet I didn't get any email (assume because of the waitlist).
Does anyone have any idea or has been in the same situation?

Hey ebay - Can you please update on the MBA connect numbers?
Hi all, after paying the deposit, are they supposed to send you any confirmation? I've made my deposit on Monday but hear nothing so far... felt a bit strange.

Yup, got a confirmation email the next day. Did you remember to email your first installment form to them as well?
