In regards to the blog, I'm current MSx Student/Sloan Fellow - and I was kinda speechless reading it since it's such an extreme I've never encountered before. I've found my decision to enroll and accelerate my career definitely make sense and be justified.
With that said, if you're investing in an advanced degree, you should do your homework and expectations on the roles you want. Someone from the previous class is joining C-Suite of a Growth Equity Company, another interviewing for a CEO-in-Training Program. The opportunities are there, but you have to take stock or your background, value proposition and determine if and how the program can help you.
The blogger definitely seems sour on many aspects of the school (some justified), and doesn't seem like he or she enjoyed their experience which is unfortunate.
If you guys have questions, so campus visits, phone call chats, etc. with people in-person! Look at alumni too!
