Can anyone enlighten me on no prop questions such as the following. When do you apply the "plus 1" rule? On which of the foll qs would that rule apply and why? Thanks for our time.

what is the sum of consecutive numbers between 200 & 400?

what is the sum of all numbers from 31 to 300

what is the number of integers less than 5000 that are evenly divisible by 3

how many numbers between 10 and hundred ie divisible by 3?

shortest line: Ls=a=4
longest line (diagonal): Ll=sqrt(3)*4

range: $$[4*\sqrt{3};4]$$
