This should work- a three year bachelors will suffice at some schools and the addition of the 2 year masters should satisfy the rest. There might be a few outliers out there I have yet to hear about but I cannot imagine what additional education they would want.

Why do you want a waiver from them ?
Everyone else has to do GMAT.
You would be putting yourself at a disadvantage by not doing it.

A GMAT waiver is probably not worth pursuing. Re: the TOEFL, check with the schools that you plan to apply to- it might be easier just to take it as well.

Whether you can get a good score with few study hours primarily depends on where your score stands now (or your current latent true score if you prefer). If it is already high, then it should not take much time to prepare.
