I have a option to do complete work from home and I have flexible timings to complete my work.If I join MBA can I continue my job?Is it integrity issue?

Interesting idea 
You can.... but realistically probably will not be humanly able to. MBA is very demanding. If you’re doing a full-time program and a job, you’re going to do pretty badly at both so I’m not sure that you want to shoot yourself in the foot and sabotage your education. At the same time it’s demanding when it’s in person and I don’t know how really busy it will be if it’s remote.

You ask a rather broad question - and the answer will depend on a number of different variables. First, what type of MBA Program is it (for example, Full-time vs. Part-time or Weekend-program)? Second, will your employer know that you're in the Program while you are still working - or are you planning to not tell your employer? By extension, if your Employer DID know, would the Company you work for support your educational efforts?
There are obviously lots of details to consider, including how well you could accommodate both a job and an MBA Program, the monetary cost of the Program, etc. but you're not the first person to face these potential issues. This is meant to say that you should gather as much information as you can and think in terms of whether you could actually make all of this work over the course of the next 1-2 years (depending on the types of Programs that you're interested in).
