If you have already appeared for GMAT, you should apply during 1st Round itself..

2nd round of applications (Jan-Feb) can only be considered.. if not through in the 1st Round.

What is the acceptance rate if I apply to B-schools in the Jan-Feb(2nd round) of application submission?

Posted from my mobile device

While there may not be much significant difference, the highest chances at admissions remain in R1, as multiple schools confirm in official communication.

That said, one of the most important reasons to apply in earlier rounds is also to get access to many scholarships that you would have higher chances to in the beginning.

Happy to help with a free session.

Statistically, schools don't publish information about the number of students accepted in their class in Round 1 vs Round 2, so this information is unavailable!

However, the earlier you apply, the better your chances of admission.

Happy to speak with you 1:1. You can book an appointment here.

Hi PoojaSD,

Thanks for writing in.

There is no general acceptance rate as such but chances of acceptance tend to fall from Round 1 to Round 2 (for most global business schools); hence, if you are ready with your application and have a suitable GMAT score, you must apply in the earliest round possible.

Good luck!
