So I took the Gmat for the first time a while ago. I accepted my score because I wanted to use it as a score guarantee, but not send it to any schools. When I write it again I´ll send my new score. My questions is whether the schools I send the new score to will also be able to see my accepted but unsent old score? If so, would this decrease my chances of getting accepted? Thank you!

The good news is that schools will see only the online GMAT score you send them. In other words, they will not see the lower of the two scores.

Displaying multiple scores is not an issue. Your score report will only reflect it if the test was taken at the tester. The fact that she did not cancel it sort of tells me that it may have been at the test center. Since there’s no way to cancel the online 
However, it really doesn’t pay to play the cancel game. Many programs will ask you specifically how many times you have taken GMAT and how many and what specific scores you received.
As Scott mentioned, Schools will only see one of the two online GMAT scores. You choose which one you send. However if you take the GMAT as a test center, schools see all of your scores.
