However, it really doesn’t pay to play the cancel game. Many programs will ask you specifically how many times you have taken GMAT and how many and what specific scores you received.
As Scott mentioned, Schools will only see one of the two online GMAT scores. You choose which one you send. However if you take the GMAT as a test center, schools see all of your scores.
