Rising temperatures, growing incidence and intensity of extreme weather events, the threat of extinction of a million species, the destruction of forests, the warming of oceans and the disruption of ecosystem services that sustain life on the planet are among top risks.

Hey Gaurav,
So this sentence structure is arranged as follows : Rising temperatures[Noun], growing incidence and intensity of extreme weather events[Noun],
'the' is not necessary and after 'among the top risks' you need to mention an object e.g global warming.

Hi Gaurav, from a GMAT perspective, I would expect to see a comma after the warming of oceans.
