Can't see my recent Practice Exam score on GMAT PREP!

Can't see my recent Practice Exam score on GMAT PREP! [#permalink] New post   16 Nov 2013, 09:38
Hey guys.

Just encountered a problem with my GMATPrep software. I have the latest version (I think), which allows me to review questions/answers even after I close the exam and application.

I JUST finished a practice exam today (Nov16th), got 720, etc. However, I cannot find it now in the "Practice Exam section" of the software. Is it lost forever? I really want to be able to see what I got wrong, etc. Anyone?

I attached a picture to show my problem. Thanks!

Despite GMATPrep's suggestion to ugprade to the newest version, I didn't get back the CAT, but in doing another CAT, I can review my exam responses and actually see it on the page now. So I guess whatever caused the CAT to be lost was fixed?

I see. I have upgraded and my CAT still is not showing up. Looks like it was lost for both of us :/ What a waste of hours of work...sigh
